Dr. Hake is a graduate of Oregon Health Sciences University 1996 DMD, 1990 BS RDH. She has been in private practice for 7 1/2 years, owning her own for 5 years. Dr. Hake enjoys all phases of dentistry. She finds the most satisfaction in providing her patients with the best dental care available to them.

CASE STUDY:
40 yr. white married male
Tooth: 7 has been missing for the last 12-13 yrs. He has had a flipper for entire 12-13 years. Takes flipper out when eating. Patient presented with broken flipper in 3 places. Patient was tired of wearing flipper and wanted something that was more permanent.

Options presented to the patient and he chose the Monodont. Impressions taken Chairside time (including education on options ) 15 minutes

Patient returned for seat appointment Chairside time 40 min including anesth.

PATIENT STATEMENT:
I love the bridge that Dr. Hake put in. I can eat now without taking out the flipper which was embarassing. It feels like my own tooth. We chose this option because it was in our budget.
